I’ve been involved with hypnotherapy personally for over 30 years and a practitioner for 16 years. I then created my self-hypnosis CD and doityourselfhypnosis@yahoo.com as a part of the parent company Hatter Enterprises in order to achieve my goal as a hypnotherapist which is to help as many people as possible resolve their issues with short term therapy.

Initially, I did weight loss hypnosis after a pregnancy and quickly realized what a powerful tool this was for me and others. The greatest source of power comes from within and hypnosis help unlock the door to your strengths. This was so essential for me and my success. I then began to use hypnotherapy in other areas of my life such as for smoking, pain management and many others. In 2007 hypnotherapy cured me of emphysema. All of these led to the creation of this CD

As a clinical hypnotherapist I have worked with AIDS patients, cancer survivors, and the sexually abused. I have worked with clients preparing them for surgery and afterwards with their recovery to help accelerate the healing process and alleviate any emotional trauma associated with it. With obese patients, hypnotherapy unlocks the real reasons why they are overweight, which then helped with the weight loss. In many cases, sexual abuse is the trigger in both men and women. They literally are building a wall of protection around them with fat. This was the case in my own life.
