Have confidence in ordering with doityourselfhypnosis.com, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the CD less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping handling or freight charges.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Back Order
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

If the item you want to purchase is on back order we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and internationally are:
Ground - Shipped via the USPS, 5 - 7 business days anywhere within the USA
Priority - Shipped via USPS, 3 - 5 business days average anywhere in the USA
Express Mail - Shipped via USPS, 1 - 2 days anywhere in the USA
FedEx 2 day - Shipped via FedEx, 2 business days guaranteed anywhere in the USA
FedEx Overnight - Next Day if placed by 3PM PST

Shipping charges will vary according to the shipping method and location. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.


Damaged Goods
If the CD is damaged please notify Hatter Enterprises immediately. We will send you a shipping label for you to return the item, and send you a new CD.
